Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to align design strategy
- Maintain and iterate design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate user research into intuitive design solutions
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly
