Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design iterations
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques (usability testing, surveys)
- Ability to manage flexible schedules and self-directed work
