Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; knowledge of prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience working in agile development environments preferred
