Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on products
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices to elevate team capabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and interaction design principles
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects with flexible time management and self-direction
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
