Responsibilities
- Design user-centered digital products through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Create user journey maps and information architecture for complex digital experiences
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders with clear visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio strength)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Self-motivated with proven ability to manage time effectively in flexible environments
