Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with clear design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours (10-30 hours/week)
