Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs that are visually stunning and highly functional.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback to optimize the user journey.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a flexible or remote setting.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, from mobile apps to web platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
