Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns
- Participate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback
- Document design decisions and create user journey maps
- Stay current with UX trends and emerging design tools
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing 3-5 UX design projects (personal, academic, or freelance)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (training provided)
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong visual communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Portfolio website or Behance profile required
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and self-improvement
