Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to define user personas and journey maps.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive, functional designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand integrity across all platforms.
- Perform A/B testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and optimize product performance.
- Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, portfolio-driven showcase of end-to-end design projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping libraries (e.g., Webflow) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
