Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create design systems and UI components for scalable digital experiences
- Conduct user research sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on design solutions
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present design rationale
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field
