Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Perform user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design assumptions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into actionable design solutions.
- Visual Design: Apply strong typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually stunning and accessible interfaces.
- Usability Optimization: Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the user journey and reduce friction points.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including case studies that demonstrate the design process from research to launch.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies.
