Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD with design system adherence
- Develop interactive prototypes for stakeholder presentations and user validation
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology
- Proficiency in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry)
- Experience with responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
