Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to prototyping
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Create design systems and component libraries for scalability
- Analyze metrics to drive data-informed design decisions
- Mentor junior designers through our peer review program
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, personas)
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or equivalent practical experience
