Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.
- Optimize user interfaces for maximum usability and engagement.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and compliant with WCAG guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and design thinking processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Sketch.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
