Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user journeys
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize conversions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development basics
- Experience with design systems and component-based workflows
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to articulate design decisions through user-centered rationale
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
