Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to define user personas and journey maps.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) that align with brand guidelines and best practices in accessibility and usability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and user data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong, online portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and process documentation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and industry-standard design methodologies.
