Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating process and outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong visual design skills
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to balance business goals and user needs
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
