Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and agile workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
