Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful design implementations and measurable impact
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
