Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and define user requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design thinking and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience conducting user testing and analyzing results.
