Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user-centered designs for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital product solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with proficiency in design systems
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS basics)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
