Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts before development.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal design system.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with the ability to hand off assets to developers.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines is a plus.
