Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement security protocols
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and directory services (Active Directory)
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Python and maintain documentation
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and ensure business continuity compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and vendor management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience with Windows Server and Linux
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent required
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and security best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
