Responsibilities
- Architect scalable backend systems using Java/Python and AWS services
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Docker
- Collaborate with UX teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption)
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and tech blogs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in microservices architecture (Spring Boot, Node.js)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless tech
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack projects
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
