Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for our core platform.
- Execute weekend system deployments, monitoring, and maintenance activities to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code and technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
