Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software code using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions to ensure best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to ensure system stability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive, inclusive engineering culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team setting with remote options.
