Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs efficiently.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize application performance and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems and APIs.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C++).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) or back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Databases: Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
