Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- System Maintenance: Monitor, debug, and resolve technical issues during night shifts to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Coding Standards: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high traffic loads.
- Testing: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Kansas City, NC (Relocation assistance provided).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Tools: Strong experience with SQL, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
