Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Night Shift Operations: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical systems during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debugging: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team and product managers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough technical documentation and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
