Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and DynamoDB environments
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security and scalability best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of system reliability and latency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in JVM languages (Java/Kotlin) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, JMeter)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
