Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Automate workflows using Python/PowerShell and orchestration tools (Ansible)
- Monitor system performance using Splunk/Nagios and resolve incidents within SLA
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document infrastructure and provide technical guidance to junior staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with hybrid environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs)
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
