Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Windows/Linux server environments supporting 5K+ endpoints
- Lead 24/7 on-call rotations for enterprise infrastructure monitoring and incident response
- Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure with zero-trust security frameworks
- Optimize virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage area networks (SAN)
- Automate infrastructure workflows using Python/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 security standards
- Mentor junior admins and document SOPs for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration in government/high-security environments
- Expert certifications: CompTIA Security+, AWS SysOps, and Microsoft Azure Admin
- Advanced experience with Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise network protocols
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Demonstrated incident response handling for ransomware attacks
- Strong knowledge of FedRAMP compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
