Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement robust, scalable backend and frontend systems using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
- Urgent Deployment: Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in a full-time capacity.
- Programming: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular) is required.
- Tools: Strong understanding of Git, Docker, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
