Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and recommend data-backed strategies to enhance user experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
