Responsibilities
- Lead incident response for complex cyber threats across enterprise environments
- Develop and implement zero-trust security architectures
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Manage SIEM operations and threat hunting initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure pipeline integration
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and NYDFS regulations
- Mentor junior security analysts and document security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in incident response
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and cloud-native tooling
- Proficiency in Splunk, QRadar, or similar SIEM platforms
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Ability to obtain NYDFS Part 500 license
