Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation for new features
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Perform regression testing and analyze results to maintain product stability
- Utilize JIRA, Selenium, and other QA tools to track defects and report metrics
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain detailed test logs and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques, bug tracking systems, and test automation tools
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Certification in QA or software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
