Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise-level AI systems including GPT, Claude, and custom models
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks to improve model accuracy, safety, and contextual understanding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML engineers, product managers) to integrate prompt solutions
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for scalable AI deployment
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize performance metrics
- Stay updated on LLM advancements and emerging prompt engineering techniques
- Ensure all prompts align with company ethics guidelines and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production-level LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and language model mechanics
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex AI outputs
- Certification in AI/ML or related field (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects with measurable results
