Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and refine complex prompt architectures to maximize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Optimization: Continuously test, iterate, and optimize prompts to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance user engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Analysis: Analyze model outputs to identify patterns and areas for improvement in both the prompt logic and the underlying model behavior.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and style guides for prompt engineering best practices within the organization.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply cutting-edge techniques to our workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working with AI models, LLMs, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience integrating APIs into web applications.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex business requirements into precise technical instructions for AI models.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to rapidly changing technologies.
