Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud applications using Java, Python, and Go
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for 24/7 system reliability
- Collaborate with global teams through agile methodologies and stand-up ceremonies
- Debug and optimize complex distributed systems with 99.99% uptime requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for enterprise-grade software solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system incidents
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during shift overlaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expert proficiency in at least two backend languages (Java/Python preferred)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and incident response
