Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot complex network outages and provide rapid resolution
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet network equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
