Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers/switches and firewall systems
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and manage VLAN/DNS/DHCP infrastructure
- Document network topologies and create/update technical SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize on-premise/AWS environments
- Resolve Tier 2-3 network outages with SLA-driven response times
- Implement security protocols including ACLs and VPN configurations
- Conduct quarterly network health audits and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (Security a plus)
- Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and multicast routing
- Proficiency with Wireshark, Nmap, and network packet analysis
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong written communication for cross-departmental documentation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
