Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to uncover actionable business insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product strategies
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities through predictive modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant recommendations
