Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify business trends and anomalies.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Weekend Shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
