Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and interpret analytical results.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Support weekend operations by providing real-time data support and analysis during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Ability to work weekends as part of the scheduled shift rotation.
