Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics on a weekend schedule to support business continuity and weekend operations.
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy for reporting.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex data trends for management.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future trends and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (required), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Weekend Availability: Must be willing and able to work a weekend shift schedule (e.g., Saturday-Sunday or Friday-Saturday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ (Relocation assistance provided).
