As a Data Analyst on our weekend shift team, you will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and strategic business planning. You will work closely with department heads to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure our data infrastructure is robust and scalable.

Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for weekend operations.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from large databases efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with specific experience in weekend or shift-based operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Software: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to the Miami, FL area.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
