Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business decisions.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to gather requirements and translate business questions into data queries.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and cleaning of data sources.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting critical findings and strategic recommendations.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability to work weekends as part of the standard shift rotation.
