Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy for weekend reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain data governance protocols and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with weekend or shift work experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
