Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and track business performance.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, correlations, and outliers that impact strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership, translating technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and improve existing reporting infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data warehousing concepts.
