Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and database management.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and VBA.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
